What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants use external tools. Adding the Ropewalk MCP server gives your assistant tools to generate images, video, music, voice and 3D with Ropewalk models.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. In Claude and ChatGPT you paste the Ropewalk address into the connectors settings, sign in and press Allow. Editors like Cursor take a two-line config that we prepare for you.
Which apps can I connect?
Any app with MCP support: Claude (web and desktop), ChatGPT (developer mode), Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Claude Code and more.
How much does it cost?
Generations cost 50% of the in-app price and are paid from your Ropewalk wallet. There is no subscription for MCP; failed generations are refunded.
Is it safe?
Apps connect only after you sign in to Ropewalk and press Allow, and they can only spend coins on generations. Every connected app is listed in Settings → API, where you can revoke it at any time.
